This preview notice explains the scope of the VPPIQ public website. The final website privacy statement is being prepared. The existing VPPiQ Home platform has its own privacy information.
The website and the platform
VPPIQ’s public website explains household energy features, shares articles and introduces pilot partnership opportunities. Choosing Get started or Open platform takes you to the separate VPPiQ Home application at platform.vppiq.com.
Account creation, connected household data, integration permissions, billing and device automation belong to the VPPiQ Home platform. Review the privacy information presented there before connecting an account or device. This public-site preview notice does not replace that information.
When you contact us
When you submit the contact or partner form, we use your name, email address, organisation (if provided), enquiry topic and message to respond. The website sends partnership and Fleet pilot enquiries to partnerships@vppiq.com, and support and general enquiries to support@vppiq.com, through Resend, our email delivery provider. You can also email us directly. Please do not include passwords, device credentials, payment-card details or information that is unnecessary for the conversation.
Form verification and temporary request limits help prevent spam. We do not save enquiry contents to browser storage or a website enquiry database; submitted enquiries are processed by the email delivery service and retained in our team mailbox. Our use of your enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The public website privacy contact is support@vppiq.com. You can use this address for questions about personal information or to raise a privacy concern.
Website operation
Website hosting can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser details and request logs. The final website statement will describe the services in use, their handling of information, relevant retention arrangements and any analytics or cookie choices.
